DO YOU WANT TO BE A GETC COACH?
Apprentice Program:
For first-time or new coach, join our apprentice program.
Work a week as a volunteer coach under the tutelage of a veteran GETC Staff member and if all works well, start working the next available opening.
Recommendation:
The majority of our new hires are primarily through recommendation from a GETC Staff member.
Our Veteran Staff know exactly what is expected; the attitude, demeanor, teamwork, and mentality it takes to be a productive GETC Staff.
If you know a veteran GETC coach, seek them out and if they will vouch for you…you are in!

Limited Coaching Experience:
In-depth experience is not required. What is required is an open-mind, willing to learn, ability to work and collaborate and having a PBY (purpose beyond yourself).
We are looking for GREAT PEOPLE first and coaching ability second.
We want our GETC Coaching Ohana to not only teach our beliefs but to walk-the-talk.
