Teams can come well ahead of camp prepared for a show and others just shoot from the hip. 

Either way, teams must find time between volleyball breaks, lunch and dinner breaks and early evening to prep, practice, and create their performance to music and compete with every team at camp. 

Although the competition is tough, the attitude of “we are all in this together,” always shines through. 

Usually led by veteran teams of GETC, the support for each others teams performances are genuine and rock solid.

Again with music, the SNL (Song And Lyrics) competition is a great team bonding opportunity that spurs the creative minds of the team. 

The lyrics of the song must be composed of messages shared during camp talks and a choreography of dance moves or other expressive activity while actually singing    the song with only background music allowed. 

Teams must find the best way to display the combined, singing and creativeness of the team. 

Teams that dive into these non-volleyball activities usually form a bond that goes well beyond the team season and often are life-time memories.
