All campers must do two (2) things to register for camp:

2. Pay the Camper Registration Fee

$125 - Early Bird Rate (if paid before May 18)
$150 - Standard Rate (if paid after May 18)

All Day Saturday and Sunday (June 7 & 8)

9:00am Camp Start
6:00pm Camp Ends (Saturday)
4:00pm Camp Ends (Sunday)
Morning: 9:00am-12:00pm
Lunch: 12:00pm-1:00pm (each camper is encouraged to bring a home lunch)
Afternoon: 1:00pm-3:30pm
Break: 3:30pm-4:00pm (bring a snack to eat during this time)
Evening: 4:00pm-6:00pm (Saturday)
*Camp ends at 4:00pm on Sunday
- A good attitude
- Good pair of shoes (not brand new)
- Knee pads
- Water bottle
- Extra t-shirt(s) if you sweat a lot
- Lunch and snacks (to eat during breaks)
- Notebook and pencil/pen: bring a notebook and writing instrument to record your drill score progression and to take notes on vital mental strategies that will help speed up the pace of improvement. Your notebook will become the “Practice Field of the Mind.”
Parents are welcome to stay and observe as space allows.

Ball Control, Ball Control, Ball Control...
Simply put, strong ball control skills will get you in the game. Camp will focus heavily on improving ball control skills and incorporating competitive drills, mini-games, and tournaments to help develop the basic skills and keep it fun!

What separates the great from the good, the serious from the recreational player, is their desire to “Improve in the dark.” What you do when no one is looking, what you do by your own design and time is the key to rapid improvement.

There is a different level of competitiveness that arises when Boys and Girls practice together.
Girls have had a significant head start on developing ball control and with boys volleyball just taking off in the Northwest…boys and girls practicing together will boost the effort, energy, competitiveness and rapidly increase the rate of improvement.
