Ball Control, Ball Control, Ball Control...
Simply put, strong ball control skills will get you in the game. Camp will focus heavily on improving ball control skills and incorporating competitive drills, mini-games, and tournaments to help develop the basic skills and keep it fun!

How to keep improving once camp is over: drills, strategies, mindset development.
What separates the great from the good, the serious from the recreational player, is their desire to “Improve in the dark.” What you do when no one is looking, what you do by your own design and time is the key to rapid improvement.
Learn valuable tips, drills and activities that help you learn on your own.

There is a different level of competitiveness that arises when Boys and Girls practice together.
Girls have had a significant head start on developing ball control and with boys volleyball just taking off in the Northwest…boys and girls practicing together will boost the effort, energy, competitiveness and rapidly increase the rate of improvement.
