Minimum of 8 paid player positions.

Maximum of 12 paid player positions.

If you have a large squad, it is recommended to find 20 players and make two teams of 10 players. 10 is a good roster number for player drills, participation and court time.

Session #3 - Sisters High School, OR

Monday evening, 5:00pm - 7:30pm

Morning Session:              8:30am - 12:00pm

Lunch Break:                    12:00pm - 1:15pm

Afternoon Session:           1:15pm - 4:30pm

Afternoon Break:               4:30pm - 5:00pm

Evening Session:              5:00pm - 7:30pm

*Highly recommended for Coaches to provide lunch during Lunch Break, and snacks and drinks during Afternoon Break.

GETC highly recommends players come with a plastic gallon of water with a screw on top to minimize spills. 

Having a gallon of water minimizes gatherings at water fillers but more importantly allows GETC Staff to monitor hydration of athletes to insure their safety and best performances with proper hydration.

Each Team is required to bring their own practice balls that are clearly marked with your school name. If you have multiple teams, be sure to bring the appropriate amount of balls.

For safety and ease of practice, each team is required to bring a ball cart to hold their balls and multiple carts should you have more than one team. 

Balls and Carts can be left in the gym until the end of camp.

Campers must provide their own medical insurance. 

A signed medical release form for proof of insurance (see registration forms) is required prior to participation. This requirement is intended for the expedition of medical attention for your child in the event of an injury.

High School Coaches are responsible for all transportation needs of their athletes to and from gym sites.

Depending upon the camp location, GETC identifies a Team Camp Hotel Headquarters, where negotiated room pricing might be available. 

Upon submitting your Team Deposit, please Contact GETC and ask for availability of negotiated room rates. 

Housing is the responsibility of the Coaches and Teams.
